What can you expect from a Superyacht training course and career?
The Superyacht industry has seen significant growth over the last ten years and with Superyachts increasing in length and complexity, the demand for well-trained crew grows too. Working onboard a luxury yacht is very rewarding- personally and financially. You will get to work in the sunshine, have a fantastic time and see the world.
Many of our students have never set foot on a yacht before, and very few have ever been on a Superyacht. Our Superyacht Training Courses are designed to give new crew all the skills needed to be competent and confident in starting a career at sea.
Preparing you for life at sea
Along with the practical elements of the courses, we dive into what life is like working on a superyacht, the roles and responsibilities of the job and what is needed to succeed in your new role. We also include our Career Support Service on our courses to give you the best chance of finding work.
It is mandatory for all crew to have their STCW Basic Safety Training, which is included on all our Superyacht Training Courses. The safety training ensures you know how to conduct yourself on board to keep yourself, your fellow crew members and your passengers safe.
