Flying Fish accommodation, Manly.
Flying Fish offer self catering accommodation for customers who are 18 years or older enrolled on our Yachtmaster courses.
Our accommodation is in Manly, close to Manly beach which is surrounded by cafe’s and restaurants. Manly is famous for surfing, beach side cafes and the laid back lifestyle.
Centrally located our accommodation is 10 minutes walk from the Corso where you will find the bars, restaurants, shops, banks and supermarkets. Everything you need for daily life can be found on the Corso. Take the Manly ferry and in 30 minutes you can be in the heart of Sydney.
Accommodation
All our accommodation is self-catering, you will be sharing with one of your crew mates who will be training with you. If you prefer your own room for the duration then please contact us for more information.
Our accommodation has Wi-Fi so you can contact home and keep in touch with your crew mates. Customers are advised to get a local SIM card on arrival. Contact your phone provider to get your phone unlocked before you travel.
What to expect
You will be met by one of our representatives on arrival, who will show you to your apartment. You will be staying in your room for the duration of your course, so you can unpack and prepare for your course.
Our comfortably furnished apartments include:

- Well-equipped kitchens: Ideal for meal preparation and socialising.
- Lounge/Dining Areas: A great place to relax and connect.
- Laundry Facilities: Easy access to keep your clothes fresh.
- Outdoor Area: Enjoy the sunshine in a communal setting.
Please note that we do not provide cleaning services except prior to arrival and upon departure.
When sailing offshore on the live-aboard sections of your course your belongings will remain in your accommodation until you return.
Transport
Living in a large town there are lots of convenient transport options for you. We ask you to make your own way to the training centre at Middle Harbour which is around 10 minutes on the bus, Uber or taxi.
